If you already wear lenses and know your parameters — sphere (SPH), base curve (BC), plus cylinder and axis for torics — simply select them on the product page. Important: a glasses prescription and a contact lens prescription are two different prescriptions. The dioptres often don't match, and without the base curve a lens can't be fitted at all. If you don't have your parameters, or your last exam was a while ago, book a free eye exam at an ALIV store in Astana or Almaty: a specialist will fit lenses to your eyes, and the parameters stay in your profile for repeat orders.

They're two different prescriptions. Lens fitting accounts for the distance between the lens and the eye (vertex correction), so the dioptres often differ — especially above ±4. Besides sphere, a lens prescription includes base curve (BC) and diameter (DIA) — without them a lens can't be fitted. If you only have a glasses prescription, come in for a free eye exam at an ALIV store.
Dailies are the most hygienic option: a fresh pair in the morning, off and binned at night, no solution or case needed. Convenient for sensitive eyes, sport and travel. Monthlies and bi-weeklies work out cheaper for everyday wear but need care: cleaning with solution every evening and strict replacement on schedule. Wear lenses occasionally — go daily; every day from morning to night — do the maths on monthlies.
Toric lenses: they have different optical power along their axes and stabilise in the correct position on the eye. In the catalogue — Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism, Biofinity Toric, Air Optix for Astigmatism, Precision1 for Astigmatism, Miru 1-Month for Astigmatism. Fitting requires the cylinder (CYL) and axis (AX) from your prescription.

A first fitting should only happen with a specialist: your eye parameters need measuring, and you need to learn to put lenses in and take them out safely. Contact lenses are a medical-purpose product: if they are of proper quality, they cannot be returned or exchanged — a requirement of Kazakhstan's consumer protection law. If a pack is defective, we'll replace it or refund you.
