An honest word on blue light
The filter does exactly what optics promises: it cuts part of the blue-violet spectrum and reduces glare and visual noise from screens and LED light — easier on the eyes through a long working session. What it doesn't do: it doesn't treat anything, doesn't replace breaks, and doesn't cancel eye hygiene. Your eyes' best friend at the monitor is the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet (6 metres) away for 20 seconds. Lenses are a comfort layer on top of that — not instead of it.
